Возможности применения блокатора рецепторов к ангиотензину лозартана при комбинированной терапии артериальной гипертензии

Аннотация

Блокада ренин-ангиотензиновой системы является одним из краеугольных камней в тактике лечения артериальной гипертензии.
Нередко встречающаяся резистентная гипертензия и пациенты с высоким кардиоваскулярным риском требуют зачастую
использования комбинированных антигипертензивных препаратов. В нескольких крупных клинических многоцентровых
рандомизированных исследованиях изучалась возможность использования блокатора рецепторов к ангиотензину лозартана в
комбинации с гидрохлоротиазидом в терапии артериальной гипертензии. Показана высокая антигипертензивная
эффективность и безопасность данного сочетания препаратов.
