Аннотация

В настоящее время по-прежнему наблюдают спорадические случаи и вспышки острого постстрептококкового гломерулонефрита; при этом часть случаев его возникает спорадически, часть - в рамках эпидемическихвспышек. Альбуминурия и снижение скорости клубочковой фильтрации могут сохраняться у перенесшихострый гломерулонефрит пожизненно, что позволяет рассматривать данное заболевание в ряду детерминант хронической болезни почек. Дальнейшее изучение особенностей стрептококков, в т. ч. их генетическойи фенотипической изменчивости, а также медиаторов, регулирующих процессы воспалительного ответа впочечной ткани, позволят разработать более эффективные патогенетические подходы к профилактике и лечению острого гломерулонефрита
