Аннотация

Лечение отечного синдрома у больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью и стойким ухудшением фильтрационной функции почек особенно трудно в связи со значительным снижением эффективности большинства петлевых диуретиков и увеличением риска нежелательных явлений, связанных с их применением. Обсуждаются подходы к повышению эффективности лечения отеков у больных с сочетанием хронической сердечной недостаточности и хронической болезни почек, включающие применение петлевого диуретика торасемида
