Аннотация

Представлены обзор литературы и собственный опыт лечения больных гиперпаратиреозом после трансплантации почки. Рассмотрены особенности клинических проявлений, минерально-костных нарушений, диагностический алгоритм и способы лечения третичного гиперпаратиреоза: хирургические методы и фармакотерапия с применением цинакалцета.
