Abstract
We can consider the psychotherapy as the way to increase patient's organism functional reserve using information influence. Herewith in different type of psychotherapy this interaction is built differently.
The analysis of intercoupling efficiency of different types of psychotherapy and cognitive style parameters of the patients, suffering neurotic and connected with stress frustration (357 patients (167 mans and 190 women) at age from 20 before 45 years). The results of the study are offered to use the way of psychotherapy depending on cognitive style parameters for increasing of efficiency of the treatment. Efficiency of the different methods of individual psychotherapy neurotic and connected with stress frustration depends on parameters of the cognitive sphere of the patients. This study allows better to understand the processes of the information interaction of the psychotherapist and patient under different methods of psychotherapy and advance on way of the building to united theory of psychotherapy.
