The purpose of the research is the development of effective medical complexes for patients who are ill with osteoarthritis. There were 214 patients under the medical observation, who were divided into 4 groups (a group of the patients who got the basic medical complex; against the background of the basic medical complex the patients of the first group (47 persons) got an amplipulse therapy for affected joints and appropriate part of a spine by a local segmental method. The patients of the second group (53 persons), against the background of the basic medical complex, got the amplipulse physiotherapy with a 3% solution of sodium thiosulfate. The patients of the third group (57 persons) got the same medical complex as the patients of the second group, but the difference was in injecting them a 5% solution of epsilon aminocapronic acid). In dynamics there were used the clinical, laboratorial and instrumental methods of research. The estimation of the complexes' therapeutic effectiveness revealed the advantages of inclusion the amplipulse therapy intensified with the amplipulse physiotherapy with sodium thiosulfate and the solusion of epsilon aminocapronic acid. At the residual occurrences of joints inflammation, vegetative dysfunction with peripheral blood circulation disorder, it is preferred to use the amplipulse physiotherapy with the solution of epsilon aminocapronic acid. At early stages of osteoarthritis it is preferred to use the amplipuse physiotherapy with the solution of sodium thiosulfate.
