Abstract

The parameters of Electrical Instability of Myocardium (QT dispersion and Variability Rhythm of Heart) are investigated at alloxy diabetes of rats in experiment and at the patients with type 2 diabetes, and also the estimation of influence on these parameters of preparations with antioxidant activity (emoxipin and mexidol) is made. In a course of the carried out research is established, that at alloxy diabetes and at diabetes 2 types developed Electrical Instability of Myocardium: is increased QT dispersion, amplifies sympaticus and reduced parasympaticus influence of vegetative nervous system. The investigated preparations reduce meaning QT dispersion, positively influenced on parameters of Variability Rhythm of Heart.
