Rol' impul'snogo elektricheskogo toka v patogeneticheskoyterapii khronicheskikh distroficheskikh zabolevaniy vul'vy

Nowadays, there is no certain ethiopathogenetic conception of sclera lichen atrophy and vulva planocellular
hyperplasia development. The methods of effective therapy and prophylaxis in stated pathology are not worked out, too.
During standard electroneuromyografic research of the nerve conduction of tibial and fibular nerves in women with stated
pathology of externalia the following data were revealed: conductivity reduction of terminal tibial nerve in both low extremities,
the height of M-response of tibial and fibular nerves in both low extremities, time index and rate index of impulse conduction
on S1spinal roots stage and detection periodicity of antidromic responses.
For the first time we have worked out cutaneous electrostimulation of neuronal structures as a part of pathogenetic therapy
of chronic dystrophic diseases of vulva for the recovery of impaired parasympathetic innervation of vulva area and adjacent
tissues on local postganglionic level with the help of Miowave, an apparatus for multi-way electroneurostimulation.
