Abstract
The article provides a review and analysis of approaches to the diagnosis of the organizational culture effectiveness. The advantages and disadvantages, as well as the possibilities and limitations of applying available methods for diagnosing the effectiveness of organizational culture are revealed. Based on the results of the analysis of approaches to the diagnosis of organizational cultures in the aspect of improving the management efficiency, a request for the development of a methodology for diagnosing the effectiveness of organizational culture was identified.It allows taking into account the characteristics of the environment and identifying the directions of its development. An approach to the development of a soft methodology for diagnosing the effectiveness of organizational culture is proposed.
