Аннотация

В обзоре систематизированы данные о патогенезе и клинических проявлениях первичной VZV-инфекции и инфекции вследствие реактивации вируса. Рассмотрены особенности течения ветряной оспы у беременных и новорожденных, обобщены данные о неврологических, офтальмологических и висцеральных осложнениях этих инфекций. Особое внимание уделено эпидемиологии и патогенезу тяжелого осложнения VZV-инфекции в виде VZV-васкулопатии. Кроме типичных форм, упоминается о стертой форме инфекции при реактивации VZV, протекающей без характерных высыпаний на коже и слизистых, - zoster sine herpete. Впервые в русскоязычной литературе сообщается о субклинической форме инфекции при реактивации вируса ветряной оспы.
