In December 2023, Eco-Vector and Dialogue became co-founders of the journal.

According to the editorial charter, the publisher of the journal from 2024 is Eco-Vector (https://eco-vector.com).

The journal was re-registered as a mass media outlet with the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) on 05.02.2024 (https://rkn.gov.ru/activity/mass-media/for-founders/media/?id=322859).
