Abstract
Hypothyroidism is a common endocrinous pathology. Article reflects the aspects of epidemiology, classification and clinical picture of hypothyroidism. Complicated points of diagnostics of the disease are discussed. Levothyroxine substitution therapy is used for treatment of hypothyroidism of any etiology.
