Using N-acetylcysteine for cough associated with seasonal respiratory viral infection complicated by acute bronchitis

Abstract

Article presents a clinical case of acute respiratory viral infection in an elderly patient, complicated by acute bronchitis. Diagnostic and treatment approaches are discussed from the perspective of current Russian clinical guidelines.
