ТАКТИКА ВЕДЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТА С ГАСТРОЭЗОФАГЕАЛЬНОЙ РЕФЛЮКСНОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ

Аннотация

В статье представлены современные данные по распространенности, основным механизмам развития и тактике ведения пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью (ГЭРБ). Проанализирована эффективность основной и поддерживающей терапии ингибиторами протонной помпы (ИПП). Продемонстрирована роль кинетических нарушений и особенностей состава рефлюктата, в частности присутствия в нем дуоденального содержимого, в недостаточной эффективности лечения пациентов с ГЭРБ. Обоснована необходимость добавления к антисекреторной терапии ИПП прокинетиков и препаратов урсодезоксихолевой кислоты для коррекции данных патогенетических механизмов.
