Профилактика и лечение боли при поражении нервной системы, ассоциированном с герпес-вирусом человека третьего типа

Аннотация

На основе обзора литературы и собственного многолетнего опыта представлены современные сведения об эпидемиологии, патогенезе, клинических проявлениях, диагностике, лечении и профилактике боли при поражении нервной системы, ассоциированнном с герпес-вирусом человека 3 типа (ГВЧ-3) при опоясывающем лишае. Особое внимание уделено факторам риска, критериям пошаговой диагностики и рациональному подходу к лечению (своевременное использование противовирусных средств, противовоспалительных препаратов, анальгетиков, антиконвульсантов и антидепрессантов, местных средств) постгерпетической невралгии. Перечислены условия, соблюдение которых способствует профилактике и эффективному лечению боли при поражении нервной системы, ассоциированнном с ГВЧ-3.
