详细

Lumbar pain (LP) is one of the main causes of temporary disability and a decline in the quality of life. Modern approaches to the management of patients with LP, including pharmacotherapy and nondrug therapies, are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the main groups of drugs used to treat such patients are discussed. From the standpoint of evidence-based medicine, the question of choosing the optimal therapeutic tactics is analyzed, which makes it possible to reduce the likelihood of unwanted side effects.
