Bashkova I., Busalaeva E.

摘要

The need for the complex use of medicinal and non-medicinal methods of treatment in the treatment of primary osteoarthritis (OA) is currently beyond doubt. The results of a survey of 54 district internists (work experience in the specialty is on average 1 year) are analyzed. Therapists give recommendations to the patient on lifestyle changes only in 44.4% of cases, weight loss - in 74.1% of cases and the need for exercise - in 98.1% of cases. 64.8% of the surveyed doctors recommend various orthopedic devices to patients with OA. Therapists widely use drugs from the SYSADOA group, however, in every 3rd case, these drugs are prescribed a short course.

Attitude to the vaccination campaign of students of the Chuvash State University (preliminary results)

Blinov N., Rakhimzyanov I., Busalaeva E.

摘要

Using a specially designed questionnaire, an anonymous survey of senior students of the Chuvash State University was conducted, a total of 63 people aged 20 to 25 years, of which 29.3% were men and 70.7% were women. An analysis of the responses showed that most students are aware of the need for vaccination in order to prevent a number of infectious diseases. Only every second respondent was consciously vaccinated against COVID-19, which may indicate an insufficient level of awareness about the appropriateness, effectiveness and safety of vaccination against a new coronavirus infection.

Ivanov S., Kalikova A., Busalaeva E., Vasilieva N.

摘要

In 100 patients selected by random sampling, aged from 33 to 92 years (mean age 63±13.06 years) with documented myocardial infarction (MI), the prevalence of risk factors, the features of the course depending on the depth of myocardial lesion were studied. MI with a Q wave in 48.1% develops in patients without a previous ischemic history, more often in men (76.9%), with uncontrolled arterial hypertension (69.2%). Dyslipidemia, smoking, overweight or obesity, diabetes mellitus were equally common in both MI with a Q wave and without a Q wave.

Malysheva V., Guryanova E., Tyurnikova S., Simunov Y., Dmitrieva A., Peskov D., Vorontsov D.

摘要

The aim of the study is to evaluate a group of patients (men and women) after a new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2 complicated by viral pneumonia, in the convalescence phase, receiving medical rehabilitation at the third stage. Materials and methods. The data of the case histories of 357 patients who underwent the third stage of rehabilitation were analyzed for the gender distribution of patients, the degree of damage to the lung tissue, and the time of seeking medical help. The Patient Routing Scale (RRM) was assessed for the study of impaired functions, limitation of activity and participation, the 6-minute walk test for assessing physical performance, the hospital scale for assessing anxiety and depression for assessing mental disorders in patients. Results and conclusion. Among all persons who underwent rehabilitation, the share of men was 28.8% (103 people), the share of women was 71.2% (254 people). According to computed tomography of the lungs, the proportion of severe bilateral pneumonia of the 3rd degree did not exceed 16.2%; extremely severe pneumonia of the 4th degree - 3.1%. Most often, patients had a history of 40.6% of minor changes on (CT 1) and disorders of moderate severity (CT 2) in 40.1%. Patients most often come to the third stage of rehabilitation in the period from 2 to 6 months after discharge from the hospital or the closure of a completed case - 43.7%; in the interval from 6 to 12 months, 44.2% applied, after 1 year the smallest number of patients was registered - 8.5%. In patients admitted to rehabilitation, 78.9% had an assessment of 3 points on the SRM, 21.1% - 2 points. SCR and 6-minute walk test scores before treatment in both men and women in each age group were comparable. The overall average increase in the 6-minute walk test scores among women was 106.22 m. Among men - 102.25 m. The greatest increase in SRM was recorded in patients aged 60-69 years.

Myocardial infarction and what precedes it

Trofimov S., Trofimova L., Busalaeva E., Vasilieva N.

摘要

There are modifiable and unmodifiable risk factors for the development of coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction (MI) as its acute form. 70 patients with verified MI were examined, taken by random sampling in the period from 20.12.2021 to 03.02.2022. All patients, regardless of the form of MI (with or without a Q wave), have 3 or more risk factors that are detected equally often. MI without a Q wave develops more often against the background of a previous ischemic history, a heart attack with a Q wave is the debut of coronary heart disease in almost half of cases.
