Prospects of Standardisation for Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies Application in Machine Tool Industry
Abstract
Prospects of standardisation and application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in order to ensure technological independence and increase competitiveness of domestic machine-tool industry are presented. The paper focuses on the specifics of application of AI technologies for innovative development of machine-tool industry, substantiates the necessity of development of national standards that takeinto account the needs of key machine-tool industries in high-tech equipment for development of automated and digital production. The variants of using artificial intelligence technologies in the machine-tool industry are presented.

Interaction of Subsystems: Primary and Synthesis in a Multi-Level Basic Group Technology System
Abstract
Scientific fundamentals of development and improvement of formation of primary subsystem and synthesis of multilevel basic group technology (MBGT) are given. The development of the main subsystems of MBGT is presented. The methodology description of the parametric optimisation of types of unified cutting tools (UCT) designed for group machining and modes of optimal cutting of structural and hard-to-machine materials on precision universal turning, CNC machines and automatic longitudinal turning machines is given.

Modular Boring Tool Research
Abstract
Experimental comparison of stiffness of technological systems including boring IFIs consisting of several modules has been carried out. It was determined that it is reasonable to use the connection design with radial offset fixing screws for installation of prefabricated boring tool modules.

Development of Domestic Linear-Angular Measurement Systems Integrated Into CNC Machine Tool Design
Abstract
Justification of necessity and possibility of providing CNC machine tools with domestic measuring instruments in factory conditions is given. The reasons of inconsistency of the level of domestic measuring equipment to the demands of modern industrial technologies are considered.
