INTERDISCIPLINARY TRAINING FOR LAWYERS OF THE NEW GENERATION FOR THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

The relevance of training, including a new generation of lawyers for the digital economy directly follows from the program «Digital economy of the Russian Federation». Training of lawyers to work in the information society in the era of innovation requires a comprehensive approach based on interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of regulation of information relations, Economics of information resources, systems and technologies and information management. It is proposed to study the idea of implementation at Moscow state University. Lomonosov of the interfaculty master's program «Information legal relations in innovative economy» in the field of training «Jurisprudence» and «Economics», as well as the interuniversity network master's program in information law at the faculty of law of Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov and at the Moscow state law University named after O. E. Kutafin (MSLA) in the field of training «Jurisprudence».
