Аннотация
В современных условиях России особую актуальность приобрели проблемы реализации федеральных проектов национальной программы «Цифровая экономика Российской Федерации». Особое внимание в научном сообществе уделяется обсуждению современной концепции «цифровой экономики» и практики развития процессов региональной цифровизации. В работе проведен критический анализ зарубежных и отечественных подходов к проблеме цифровизации сельского хозяйства в России. Авторами предложен подход к реализации стратегии цифровизации субъектов Российской Федерации в рамках федеральных проектов национальной программы «Цифровая экономика Российской Федерации».
