SOME PROBLEMS OF EFFICIENCY OF INSTITUTE INSOLVENCY FUNCTIONING

This article is devoted to the study of problematic aspects of the functioning of the Institute of bankruptcy. Within the framework of the allocated financial block, the main provisions of remuneration of arbitration managers are characterized and a structural scheme of their expenses is defined. The second - organizational-block describes the problems of formation of business reputation of the professional community, as well as "gaps" in the training of qualified anti-crisis personnel.
