INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION AS AN IMPORTANT PURPOSE OF MODERN PHILOSOPHY

Tajsin E.A.

Abstract

Neither for today’s Russia, nor for the whole of the contemporary world is there, perhaps, a more important issue than the possibility of a civilized, peaceful dialogue between cultures, peoples, governments and individuals. Philosophical discourse, questioning and testing any judgment - since critical reflection is the main function of philosophy - is always ultimately directed to the common good, or it is not a philosophical discourse.Philosophical schools, societies and organizations, promoting the idea of universal dialogue, contribute to mitigating conflicts, solving problems associated with language and ideological barriers, strengthening professional and friendly ties and implementation, through joint efforts, of a decent, peaceful and fair world order.

TRANSFORMATION OF THE «RESPONSIBILITY» CATEGORY IN A POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY

Tsvetkova I.V.

Abstract

The article considers the factors that influence the change in the content of the category «responsibility» in post-industrial society. The development of technology increases the ability of individuals to transform their living conditions. Trends in the development of society under the influence of scientific and technological progress are analyzed in the works of Russian and foreign scientists. The formation of a post-industrial society increases the role of collective actors who take an active part in innovative transformations. The development of the company's productive forces increases the risk zone. In these conditions, the importance of individual responsibility will increase, as well as there are prerequisites for the formation of collective responsibility. Collective responsibility implies the formation of new forms of interaction in corporations. The article analyzes the features of reflexive responsibility. They are manifested in the organization of actions to identify stakeholders, in active discussion of possible consequences. Reflexive responsibility is based on communicative rationality.

Socio-cultural changes in the context political territoriality and of geopolitical integration

Shevchenko E.B.

Abstract

When we are talking about scientific research over the past 10-15 years the issue of territoriality has long ceased to be a specialized one. Its understanding requires an interdisciplinary and special approach that can provide not only economic and political interpretation, but also differentiate territoriality from a sociological and philosophical point of view. In the article the author considers the above-mentioned object through the prism of a retrospective approach, referring to the history of the emergence of territoriality as a special sphere of interaction between political actors. The hypothesis is put forward that territoriality is a factor closely related to socio-cultural changes in the aspect of interaction between institutional and institutional forms of geopolitical integration.

Philosophy of communication in Japanese culture

Nakamura M.

Apology of the Hegelian dissertation «On the orbits of the planets»

Kostetckii V.V.

Abstract

Hegel's dissertation «On the orbits of planets» is usually considered either as an unsuccessful attempt by a speculative philosopher to have a say in astronomy, or as insignificant preparatory materials for a future «philosophy of nature». However, Hegel's article is not at all about astronomy or the philosophy of nature; it is about a possible future «big physics» based on principles other than traditional European science. Under the pretext of criticizing Newton's «force of universal gravitation», Hegel paves the way for a» philosophy of spirit», the closest result of which was «Phenomenology of spirit» and «Science of logic». The Hegelian version of the interpretation of planetary orbits outside the paradigm of European science helps to increase the heuristics of the modern research, especially in terms of energy-information exchange in nature.

NIETZSCHE AND CHRISTIANITY: APOPHATIC PHILOSOPHY IN THE LIGHT OF THE CRISIS OF EUROPEAN METAPHYSICS

Faritov V.T.

Abstract

The subject of the research is the relation of F. Nietzsche's philosophy with Christianity in the context of the crisis of European metaphysics. The problem is that Nietzsche’s proposed criticism of Christianity mainly affects its Western forms. The article attempts to analyze the conceptual developments of F. Nietzsche in the perspective of the Orthodox version of Christianity. The author compares a comparative analysis of the anti-metaphysical tendencies of Nietzsche’s philosophy with the apophatic theology of the Eastern Church. Based on the work of modern authors such as H. Yannaras, J. Agamben and R. Safransky, the author concludes that there is a tendency towards Christianity in the study and reception of Nietzsche’s philosophical heritage. The article uses the methodological principles and principles of historical and philosophical research, in particular, the method of historical and philosophical reconstruction, methods of philosophical comparative studies. The main conclusion of the study is the thesis of the apophatic nature of the philosophy of religion F. Nietzsche. The author substantiates the position that Nietzsche, criticizing the Western forms of Christianity and European metaphysics, does not come to atheism, but to an apophatic understanding of God, close to the patristic heritage of the Eastern Church.

SCIENCE WITHOUT METAPHYSICS DEPRIVES A PERSON OF THE MEANING OF EXISTENCE

Nurullin R.A.

Abstract

The article shows that science without metaphysics loses its ideological significance and becomes techno-science, which is not aimed at major innovations and discoveries, but is aimed primarily at minor innovations and inventions. Science without metaphysics further alienates a man from society, since it is not able to give him an idea of the meaning of his existence in the world fully and aims the younger generation only at achieving professional goals and hedonism.

THEORY AND EXPERIMENT IN BIOLOGY. THEORETICAL BIOLOGY AS A PROBLEM OF MODERN BIOLOGY

Al-Zubaidi S.K.

Abstract

In biological and biomedical research, the vast majority of resources are concentrated on conducting experiments. And only a small amount of scientific resources are spent on developing hypotheses and preliminary modeling. The consequence of this contradiction is that most of the experiments carried out have little real scientific value and value. Given the limited resources available for research, the redirection of a significant amount from experimental to theoretical and model activities will have a greater impact on solving scientific problems. Empiricism differs from other epistemologies (theories of knowledge) in that it relies almost entirely on experience as the main source of knowledge. It is based solely on experimentation and observation. The strength of empiricism lies in its concrete attachment to the physical reality of the system under study. Its weaknesses become more obvious and serious as the complexity of the system increases. For example, in biological systems, where we often encounter many interactive, dynamic, non-linear processes embedded in composite coordination structures, it becomes almost impossible to intuitively understand the basic principles and theoretical framework with which the system works.

TWO HISTORIOGRAPHIES OF RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHY IN THE SOVIET PERIOD

Korsakov S.N.

Abstract

As a result of the continuing cultivation of the Iovchukovo-Shchipanov version of the historiography of the history of Russian philosophy, the reputation of this scientific direction is being damaged. The crucial role in its formation was played not by party officials, but by those who extracted new knowledge. Among them, those rejected by the system prevail: I. K. Luppol, L. O. Piper, I. V. Frolov, Ya.D. Betyaev, L. S. Gordon, A. I. Kazarin, L. A. Petrov. It is useful to update the results of research on the thought of the XVIII century by U.Ya. Kogan, V.I. Chuchmarev. A critical gap is the lack of attention to the work of L. B. Svetlov (Lehtblau), who introduced many texts of little-known and forgotten Russian thinkers into scientific circulation. The urgent task is to create a fact-based historiography of the history of Russian philosophy that is free from ideological shrouds.
