Аннотация
Conceptual model of investment priorities estimation is offered. It provides the analysis carrying out either at regional and branch focus or micro level. The model combines some methods of economical and mathematical modeling including cluster analysis and many-dimensional regression analysis. Estimating priorities or micro level it is recommended to use fundamentals and methodical tools of real options conception
