Аннотация
The basic conditions of the state educational institutions of higher vocational training functioning are considered. It is revealed that the basic direction of the Higher school development is the innovation activity realization. The difficulty of the Higher school management is the investigators are to search for new tools and methods, in particular in planning activity of such a Higher school.
