Нейрохимические эффекты пренатального введения холпнергпческпх средств на постнатальное развитие моноампнергической системы головного мозга

Аннотация
Пренатальное введение М- и Н-холинолитиков беременным самкам на 9-19 дни гестации приводит к отдаленным нейрохимическим изменениям в развитии нейромедиаторных систем мозга. В исследованных структурах мозга у потомств крыс обоих полов, подвергнутых пренатальному воздействию холинолитиков, отмечается значительное снижение концентрации дофамина (ДА), серотонина (5-ГТ), норадреналина (НА), изменение уровня их метаболитов и интенсивности оборота нейромедиаторов. Наибольший эффект на развитие нейромедиаторных систем мозга оказывает пренатальное введение Н-холинолитика ганглерона беременным самкам на 9-11-й и 12-14-й дни гестации, со значительным снижением ДА-ергической, НА-ергической и 5-ГТ-ергической активности в гиппокампе и гипоталамусе у 2-месячных потомств крыс по сравнению с контрольным потомством. Выявлены межполовые различия в отдаленных эффектах пренатального воздействия М- и Н-холинолитиков на содержание медиаторов, в большей степени по содержанию ДА в исследованных структурах мозга. Таким образом, полученные данные свидетельствуют, что воздействие М- и Н-холинолитиков в критические периоды пренатального развития (9-11-е и 12-14-е сут гестации) может вызвать долговременные изменения в активности нейромедиаторных систем в структурах мозга, участвующих в регуляции поведенческих и нейроэндокринных функций развивающегося организма 2-месячных потомств крыс.
