Abstract
The lysosomal and associated with plasmatic membrane sialidase activity in tumor cells of rhabdomyocarcoma RA-23 clones with high and low metastatic potential was studied in the paper. The clones with low lysosomal sialidase activity were characterized with high metastatic potential.
