Abstract
The conception of using conservative and surgical methods in treatment patients with serious forms of urination disorders is stated in the work. Indications to different methods of urinal lead. Prevention of complications of kidneys and upper urinary tracts. Ensuring of social adaptation and reduction of invalidization of children with developmental defects and deep neurogenic disorders of urinary bladder function.
