Хирургическое лечение стенозов сонных артерий

Аннотация

Представлен анализ состояния специализированной медицинской помощи больным с патологией сонных артерий в России за 2006-2009 гг. Несмотря на общее увеличение числа операций на брахиоцефальных артериях до 8187 вмешательств в 2007 г. (в 2006 г. 6857 операций), их число в расчете на 1 млн населения составило лишь 58 [2]. В большинстве развитых стран этот показатель составляет более 200 операций. Разница подчеркивает низкий уровень обеспеченности граждан России специализированной ангиохирургической помощью. Отставание этого раздела сосудистой хирургии имеет ряд причин: низкий уровень взаимодействия неврологов и сосудистых хирургов, недостаточное число и уровень подготовки специалистов.
