1-дезамино-8-D-аргинин-вазопрессин увеличивает содержание нейротрофического фактора мозга (BDNF) в плазме крови у крыс в модели посттравматического стрессового расстройства

Аннотация
Цель — провести анализ влияния агониста рецепторов вазопрессина 2-го типа 1-дезамино-8-D-аргинин-вазопрессина (ДДАВП) на содержание мозгового нейротрофического фактора BDNF в гиппокампе и плазме крови крыс, перенесших витальный стресс.
Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено на самках крыс Вистар, которых разделили на четыре группы: первая группа включала контрольных животных; вторая — животных, получивших ДДАВП интраназально в малых дозах (однократно 2 ∙ 10–9 г, курсовой прием — 20 ∙ 10–9 г); третью группу составили животные, перенесшие стресс угрозы жизни, вызванный переживанием гибели партнера от действий тигрового питона; в четвертую группу были включены крысы, перенесшие стресс и получившие ДДАВП. Содержание BDNF оценивали методом иммуноферментного анализа.
Результаты. Обнаружено увеличение содержания BDNF в плазме крови у крыс, перенесших острый психогенный стресс и получавших ДДАВП на 10-й день после стресса. Влияния стресса, ДДАВП или их сочетанного воздействия на содержание BDNF в гомогенате тканей гиппокампа выявлено не было.
Заключение. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют, что ДДАВП оказывает модуляторное влияние на обмен BDNF у крыс, перенесших витальный стресс. Предполагается, что увеличение содержания нейротрофина в крови у крыс отражает активацию процессов компенсации.
