Роль инфекции в развитии эндокринных нарушений у человека

Аннотация

В работе приведены современные сведения о роли инфекционного фактора в развитии наиболее распространен­ных заболеваний эндокринной системы человека. Рассмотрена проблема тропности различных бактерий и вирусов к эндокринным органам: инсулярному аппарату поджелудочной железы, щитовидной железе, надпочечникам, тестикулам. Показаны основные патогенетические механизмы формирования эндокринной патологии, а также функциональные аспекты поражения некоторых желез внутренней секреции при инфекционных заболеваниях Представлены основные данные об особенностях эндокринных нарушений при ВИЧ-инфекции и хроническом вирусном гепатите С.
