Аннотация
В обзоре освещаются вопросы экспрессии биологически активного тиреотропного гормона (ТТГ), его ос- и Р-субъединиц. Рассматривается структура, локализация и регуляция экспрессии мРНК ос- и р- субъединиц ТТГ. Уделено внимание распределению ТТГ в пределах ЦНС, а также гормональной и нейромедиаторной регуляции секреции и биосинтеза ТТГ и мРНК его субъединиц. Кроме того, подробно описана структура рецепторов ТТГ, их экспрессия, локализация и регуляция.
