Аннотация

Ревматоидный артрит (РА) - хроническое воспалительное заболевание, вызываемое как генетическими факторами, так и факторами окружающей среды. Курение считается одним из наиболее важных внешних факторов риска его развития и тяжести, а также ассоциируется с быстрым прогрессированием заболевания и неудовлетворительным ответом на лечение, что определяет важность изучения данной проблемы среди пациентов с РА для выявления барьеров в отказе от курения и факторов, способствующих прекращению употребления табака, а также для разработки специфичных для пациентов с РА программ по отказу от курения.
