Abstract
The article presents the clinical case of multidisciplinary management of a newborn girl in a children's polyclinic, who was born in a level II maternity hospital at 28 weeks of gestation against the background of a burdened obstetric and social history. Premature birth causes the course of morphofunctional immaturity, which is manifested by the lack of readiness of a newborn child for extrauterine life. This condition is able to manifest itself in any system of the body, and will require dynamic supervision not only by a district pediatrician, but also by specialized specialists
