ПРЕПАРАТЫ ГИАЛУРОНОВОЙ КИСЛОТЫ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ОСТЕОАРТРОЗА КОЛЕННЫХ СУСТАВОВ

Аннотация

Остеоартроз представляет важную медико-социальную проблему. Частота остеоартроза в российской популяции составляет 13% среди взрослого населения. Коленные и тазобедренные суставы поражаются наиболее часто - в 68% случаев. Терапия остеоартроза включает немедикаментозные и медикаментозные методы с учетом индивидуальных особенностей пациента. В последние годы широкое применение при остеоартрозе коленных суставов нашли препараты гиалуроновой кислоты. Внутрисуставные инъекции препаратов гиалуроновой кислоты эффективнее плацебо, не уступают традиционным методам лечения и могут быть использованы в качестве симптоматической терапии при гонартрозе. Лечение препаратами гиалуроновой кислоты приводит к уменьшению боли и улучшению функции, показано пациентам с остео-артрозом коленных суставов рентгенологических стадий, в возрасте до 65 лет, с болевым синдромом, не купирующимся на фоне терапии немедикаментозными средствами и простыми анальгетиками, и имею­щим противопоказания к применению нестероидных противовоспалительных средств (НПВС). Препараты гиалуроновой кислоты разной молекулярной массы имеют сопоставимую эффективность. Переносимость терапии удовлетворительная, повторные курсы не увеличивают риск побочных явлений.
