The lecture is devoted to the regulatory regulation and law enforcement practice of the informed voluntary consent of the patient or his legal representative to medical intervention. The requirements for the subject to give informed voluntary consent are reflected. A definition is given to the concept of “legal representative” of the patient. The amount of information that a medical professional must give to a patient when obtaining his consent to medical intervention has been determined. The requirements for the preparation of an informed voluntary consent form for medical intervention are covered.
