Abstract

Аномальное впадение одной или нескольких правых легочных вен в нижнюю полую вену в сочетании с гипоплазией правого легкого и смещением сердца вправо (декстракардией) получила название синдрома«турецкой сабли». Аномалия была впервые описана G. Cooper в 1836 году на аутопсийном материале. Данная патология является редкой врожденной аномалией, встречающейся от 1 до 3 случаев на 100 000 новорожденных.Нами представлено крайне редкое наблюдение синдрома «турецкой сабли» у пациента старшей возрастной группы, иллюстрированное данными мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии с трехмерной реконструкцией.
