By the name of retention cysts of the fallopian tube, we mean a more or less significant accumulation of this or that fluid in the cavity of the canal with its existing obstruction, at any place of its length.

Congenital hydrometra case

Abstract

It is relatively rare to encounter cases where an obstacle to the act of delivery is not a normally enlarged abdomen of the fetus, but such cases where the enlargement of the abdomen is caused by the distension of the fluid in the uterine cavity and vagina, we could find in the literature available to us only 2, which are usually cited in the manuals (Shreder, Shpigel'berg, R. Müller and others).
