Abstract
In this work, the author once again stands up against Dunsan and Fehling in favour of the teaching (Baudelocque, Schultze) that the eversion of the central part of the placenta and the formation of retroplacental haemorrhage are the first phenomena of normal detachment of the child's placenta.

Ahlfeld.—Ueber die ersten Vorgange bei der physiologischer Losung der Placenta—(Zeitschrift f. Geb. und Gyn., Bd. XXXIII, lift. 3).—О первоначальныхъ явленіяхъ при физіологическомъ отдѣленіи дѣтскаго мѣста.
Въ этой работѣ А. еще разъ выступаетъ противъ Duпсаn`a и Fehling’a въ защиту того ученія (Baudelocque, Schultze) по которому выворотъ центральной части пляценты и образованіе ретропляцептарнаго кровоизліянія составляютъ первыя явленія нормальнаго отдѣленія дѣтскаго мѣста. С. Ю. Хазанъ.
