Мелатонин в патогенезе преэклампсии

Аннотация
В обзоре представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований молекулярных механизмов имплантации и плацентации, контролируемых цитокинами, хемокинами, молекулами адгезии, гормонами, факторами транскрипции и роста, свидетельствующие о ключевой регулирующей и защитной роли гормона мелатонина. Показано, что низкая продукция и отсутствие циркадного ритма гормона лежит в основе нарушения эндогенной антиоксидантной защиты и способствует окислительному стрессу, ведущему к развитию преэклампсии. Подчеркнута необходимость использования уровня мелатонина в качестве нейроиммуноэндокринного маркера патологии. Это позволит разработать новые подходы к применению мелатонина в профилактике, лечении преэклампсии и ее неблагоприятных последствий — ожирения, сахарного диабета 2-го типа, почечной недостаточности, сердечно-сосудистой патологии.
