Аннотация

Беременность у женщин с легочной гипертензией (ЛГ) сопряжена с высоким риском неблагоприятных исходов и высокой материнской смертностью, поэтому противопоказана данной категории пациенток. Тем не менее, в мире накоплен определенный опыт ведения беременности у женщин с ЛГ, отказавшихся от ее прерывания, или у которых заболевание было диагностировано в поздние сроки гестации. В обзоре представлены результаты рандомизированных и обсервационных исследований основной и поддерживающей фармакотерапии при ЛГ, характеристика современных лекарственных препаратов, рекомендуемых для лечения ЛГ, и данные об их безопасности в период беременности, а также экспертное мнение о фармакотерапии у беременных с ЛГ.
