Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор современной мировой литературы по проблеме реконструкции трахеи при ее поражении первичными опухолями и метастазами. Проблема восстановления целостности дыхательного пути после протяженных резекций трахеи не решена и сохраняет свою актуальность. Существует большое количество операций, эффективных при необходимости устранения малых дефектов. Однако попытки замещения протяженных циркулярных дефектов трахеи после резекции при опухолевом поражении в клинической практике остаются неудачными.
