Аннотация

Представлены возможности и перспективы пренатальной нейрохирургии при гидроцефалии и миеломенингоцеле, основанные на экспериментальных и клинических исследованиях. Анализируются причины снижения интереса к хирургическому лечению гидроцефалии плода и «революции» в области хирургического лечения миеломенингоцеле плода. Обсуждаются требования к медицинским центрам, которые планируют внедрение технологий хирургического лечение миеломенингоцеле плода. Приводятся сведения о перспективах применении технологий перинатальной нейрохирургии в Санкт-Петербурге.
