Abstract

Onboarding a new employee is an important part of the business process of any company. It is safe to say that adaptation is in the interests of both parties: both the employer and the employee himself. The former is interested in getting results as soon as possible, while the latter really needs help getting used to a new place of work. The article proposes a specific algorithm - a plan for the adaptation of specialists of different directions for a medical institution.
