Обзор методов восстановления параметров ледяного покрова по данным спутниковых микроволновых радиометров

Аннотация
Мониторинг параметров ледяного покрова с использованием данных долгопериодных измерений спутниковых микроволновых радиометров дает возможность делать количественные оценки климатических изменений. Эти оценки, однако, зависят от используемых методов интерпретации спутниковых данных. В работе представлен обзор методов восстановления параметров морского ледяного покрова по данным измерений спутниковых микроволновых радиометров. Анализ физики формирования микроволнового излучения над морским льдом и его переноса в атмосфере дает возможность определить основные источники погрешностей в работе методов и классифицировать методы по типу используемых подходов. Сформулированы базовые принципы, лежащие в основе методов, используемые допущения и приближения, а также, анализ верификационных данных, на основе которых проводилась проверка их работы. Рассмотрены использующиеся в методах погодные фильтры для идентификации областей океана, свободных от морского льда. Приведен сравнительный анализ достоинств и ограничений основных современных методов восстановления сплоченности морского льда по данным измерений таких спутниковых микроволновых радиометров, как радиометры серий Special Sensor Microwave/Imager (SSM/I) и Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer (AMSR). Представлен обзор спутниковых продуктов, созданных на основе данных SSM/I, AMSR-E и AMSR2, и имеющихся интернет-ресурсов с оперативными и архивными данными по сплоченности ледяного покрова.
