Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis results of experimental study conducted to identify the relationship between the level of physical activity and increased physical activity. Changes in the physiological parameters of the respiratory, cardiovascular and muscular systems were also studied in students attending physical education classes and sports sections. During the experiment, it was found that constant physical activity with increasing physical activity leads to stabilization of cardiovascular system indicators (pulse, blood pressure) and an increase in the functionality of the respiratory system (vital lung capacity) in students. In all experimental groups there is a direct, strongly expressed, linear correlation between the level of physical activity and an increase in the strength index. A positive effect of physical activity on general physical development was revealed in the form of a decrease in the Quetelet index among students in all groups of the experiment.
