Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты оценки состояния кадрового развития сестринского персонала в мире. Описаны основные проблемы кадрового потенциала этих специалистов: насилие на рабочем месте; профессиональное выгорание; ухудшение психического здоровья; вторичный травматический стресс и моральные травмы из-за длительного пребывания с пациентами, испытывающими страдание; разочарование в профессии из-за несоответствия профессиональной подготовки и функциональных обязанностей.
Системы здравоохранения должны переосмыслить традиционную модель развития кадрового потенциала, характеризующуюся жёсткой специализацией и предписанными ролями. Для этого необходимы расширение функций сестринского персонала, развитие сотрудничества в медицинских бригадах, интеграция цифровых технологий для решения административных задач.
