Abstract
Research objective: to analyse the impact of modern patient-oriented technologies and architectural solutions on the professional activities of nurses using the example of the AO Meditsina clinic (Academician Roitberg's clinic).
Materials and methods: An analysis of innovative approaches to the organisation of nursing in a high-tech medical organisation certified according to the practical recommendations of Roszdravnadzor and internationally accredited by JCI was conducted. Patient monitoring systems, architectural features of the medical space and their impact on the quality of nursing care were studied.
Results: It was found that the integration of modern patient monitoring technologies (motion sensors, alarm button systems, QR codes for access to medical information) and a well-thought-out architecture of the medical space contribute to improving the quality of nursing care and reducing professional burnout among medical staff.
Conclusions: The patient-centred model of healthcare organisation transforms the role of nurses, turning them from executors of orders into key participants in the treatment process, capable of making independent decisions within their competence.
