Features of training nurses for outpatient care
Abstract
The paper gives information on the disagreements arising between the representatives of secondary vocational establishments, which are involved in the training and professional retraining of nurses, and those of outpatient facilities. The elimination of disagreements requires a close interaction between the employer and the educational establishment. There are positive examples of overcoming disagreements and including the educational cycles that meet the real needs of practical health care in the pre-graduate training program for nurses.
