Abstract

Discomfort in the stomach region is a familiar phenomenon for many people. Timely attention paid to these symptoms will prevent the disease of gastrointestinal tract organs. This is especially relevant in spring and fall, since it is in these periods of the year there is a significant increase in morbidity. In this regard, in the off-season, of particular importance is the prevention of gastritis and peptic ulcer disease - the most common diseases of the digestive organs. It is important to understand what measures can be taken to prevent the development of these diseases, their transition to a chronic form or the development of complications. As you know, prevention is primary and secondary. On its possibilities and will be discussed in our article.
