Abstract
The study shows how modern treatments help patients with varicose veins in small saphenous vein. The features of the clinical course of the disease and diagnosis in this category of patients are considered. The rationale for the use of the most modern minimally invasive and traditional methods of treatment is given, depending on the data obtained during duplex angioscanning. It has been shown that the use of echosclerotherapy and methods of endovasal thermolysis can reduce the trauma and duration of intervention, improve the cosmetic results of treatment, and reduce the time of rehabilitation of patients.
